The Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board (KREAB) is charged with the responsibility of protecting the public interest through regulation, examination and certification or licensure of Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) Chapter 324A and 201 KAR Chapter 30.
